What Initial Treatment Should I Book?

This depends on what you may find more value in. All our treatments work well in collaboration together, but as always, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Massage Therapy: RMTs can treat a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal & overuse injuries, postural & joint dysfunction, nervous system conditions, respiratory pathologies, circulatory pathologies & dysfunctions, gastrointestinal concerns, and more. Utilizing a blend of soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and myofascial release, treatments offer a sustainable and effective change to both acute and chronic pain and conditions.

KinTherapy: Kinesiologists work to assess your movement, function, and performance. By curating a plan consisting of corrective and mobility exercises, foam rolling, and self-massage, you can expect to feel empowered to activate underactive muscles, lengthen shortened muscles, inhibit overactive muscles, and integrate your entire body.

Fascial Stretch Therapy: Fascial Stretch Therapy uses a combination of joint traction, limb movement, and neuromuscular stretching to restore optimal function to the body. FST is a great option for those experiencing chronic pain or overuse injuries and who are cleared by a physician to participate in stretching and active movement as well as fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all levels.

What Should I Expect At My First Treatment?

Your first treatment is an opportunity for both you and your practitioner to get to know each other. Together, you will decide on a treatment course of action and develop a treatment plan going forward. You can expect a thorough intake allowing time to review your health history, along with the use of orthopedic testing to analyze how your body is moving or not moving. After the assessment, you will continue to the hands-on portion of the treatment you've both agreed to.
